Fees and payment

The Focused Musculoskeletal Evaluation lasts an hour and costs $400. Diagnostic ultrasound is included when clinically indicated, at no additional charge.

The fee covers your evaluation whether or not ultrasound is needed. You’ll receive a brief portal summary of the findings and plan after your visit.

A procedure has a separate fee based on the treatment plan. Dr. Coon explains the price and what follow-up includes before scheduling.

Payment is due before or at the time of your visit or procedure. For accepted payment methods and instructions, contact NOVA Regen.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact NOVA as early as possible. If you have already paid, include that fact in your scheduling enquiry so the payment can be addressed with the appointment change.

NOVA Regen is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance.

NOVA Regen can provide an itemized superbill on request for you to submit to your insurer. Providing a superbill does not ensure coverage or reimbursement.

Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) may cover eligible medical expenses. Check eligibility and required documentation with your plan administrator before treatment.

For a written estimate or questions about the expected cost of care, contact NOVA Regen before scheduling. The evaluation fee and any proposed procedure fee are separate.
