Appointment requests and the patient portal
The calendar on Plan your visit is provided by Charm. Information you enter in that calendar is submitted to Charm. The patient portal also opens on Charm’s website, where you can access forms, secure messages and your visit summary.
NOVA does not collect medical histories through a general website contact form. Use the secure patient portal for clinical information.
Email and scheduling questions
Ordinary email is for scheduling and general questions. Do not include symptoms, medical history, records or photographs. If you need help accessing a secure care channel, contact NOVA Regen.
The host office does not manage NOVA’s records or clinical messages.
Website tools
This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics or session recording. The embedded appointment calendar and patient portal are separate services provided by Charm.
