What your evaluation offers
Understand what may be causing your symptoms, weigh your therapeutic options and agree on a next step. Procedures are optional and scheduled separately.
What your visit summary covers
After your evaluation, you’ll receive a brief summary in your secure patient portal.
An example outline, tailored to your visit:
- What the findings suggest: The explanation discussed for your symptoms.
- What remains uncertain: Questions that need further assessment.
- Your plan: Your goals, the options discussed and the agreed next step.
- How to assess progress: What to track and when to reassess.
Focused evaluation
Your evaluation gives you an hour with Dr. Coon to examine your concern, understand the findings and consider your therapeutic options.
Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time. See the office location.
The evaluation is $400, including diagnostic ultrasound when clinically indicated. NOVA Regen is a self-pay practice. Payment is due before or at the time of your visit or procedure.

10-minute fit call
A no-cost conversation about whether an evaluation fits your concern and goals. Dr. Coon will call the number you provide.
A fit call does not replace an examination or establish a treatment plan.
